We aim to keep our processes clear and straightforward. Below are our policies on production, shipping, returns, and exchanges. Please review these carefully before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME

Most of our pieces are prepared upon order to maintain quality and reduce unnecessary waste. Orders are processed only after confirmed payment. Unpaid orders via bank transfer or GCash will not be processed until payment is verified.

  • Standard production time is 2–4 business days before shipment.

  • During launches or peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE PHILIPPINES

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, and peak periods. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

  • Provincial areas: 4–8 business days

Courier assignment depends on location and order requirements. We work with trusted courier partners such as:

  • Lalamove

  • J&T Express

  • Grab Express

SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY

In select cases, same-day or next-day delivery may be available within Metro Manila. This service is not guaranteed unless confirmed in advance. This option:

  • Depends on production schedule and courier availability

  • Must be confirmed before placing your order

  • Is subject to stock availability

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping for bulk and/or custom orders may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order/s to confirm availability, schedule and estimated rates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. Customers are responsible for:

  • International shipping fees

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Any additional charges required by the destination country

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Order modifications or cancellations are allowed only before production begins. Requests must be made as soon as possible after placing your order. Once processing has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

For bank transfer or GCash payments:

  • Orders without confirmed payment will not be processed

  • Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled after 24-48 hours

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved. Items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

SIZE EXCHANGES

We do not offer size exchanges. We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before placing your order. To help you choose correctly, each product page includes a detailed size guide in centimeters. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing it carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days.

Include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for replacement or resolution. We may request that the item be returned before issuing a replacement. Resolution timelines vary depending on the nature of the concern but are typically addressed within a few business days after verification.
